• Installation: Hardwired. Recommended for installation by a licensed electrician. After mounting the canopy, each suspension cable is adjusted to level the rings and tune the spiral shape.

How to choose Size 1 vs Size 2

• Size 1: Works well for many two-story foyers and standard tall stairwells where you want a strong spiral look without oversized ring scale.
• Size 2: Better for bigger open volumes, wider stair voids, and spaces where the chandelier must read from long sightlines.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Two-story foyer / entry: A common target is placing the lowest ring about 9 to 12 ft above the finished floor so it feels centered in the open volume and does not compete with door swing or traffic lines. If there is a second-floor overlook, check sightlines from upstairs before finalizing.
• Staircase / stairwell: Keep at least 7 ft of clearance above walking lines and steps. In tall voids, stagger the rings so the spiral follows the stair direction without crossing the handrail line visually.
• High-ceiling living room: If the chandelier is above a seating group, aim for the lowest ring about 6.5 to 7.5 ft above the floor. If it sits near a walkway, raise it higher to keep the path clear.
• Sloped ceiling: Use a longer cable set on the low side and shorter on the high side so the canopy sits correctly and the rings appear level and centered in the room volume.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Centering: Align the canopy over the “open volume,” not just the floor plan center. In foyers, that is often the space between the entry and the stair run.
• Ring spacing: Keep consistent gaps so the spiral reads intentional, not crowded. Your installer can fine-tune ring heights one by one during the final leveling step.
• Glare control: If the rings feel too bright at eye level, select the Remote Control option so you can dim for evenings and raise brightness for daytime.

• Stairwell: Center the canopy over the void, then set the lowest ring to echo the stair line for a clean vertical composition.
