Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed.

If you need your order faster, please select the "Priority Processing" option during checkout, and your order will be processed within 2-4 business days.

Note: Some of our personalized and made-to-order lighting products may take a little longer to ship.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

You can expect your package to arrive in 4-14 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location. All our orders include free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-12 Business Days — Free shipping
  • Priority Processing + Standard Shipping: 4-10 Business Days — $9.99
  • Priority Processing + Express Shipping: 3-7 Business Days — $49.99

Shipping Carriers

  • United States: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail
  • Canada: Canada Post
  • Australia: Australia Post
  • Germany, Netherlands, France, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Italy: Shipped via your local courier
  • Others: Shipped via your local courier

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) Monday – Friday

Note: For some oversized products (one-piece products with one side larger than 59.05" – 150 cm), delivery may take a little longer because airlines do not accept large sizes.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Modern Chandelier ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities; therefore, Modern Chandelier is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country, where applicable.

Damages

In the event of damaged or lost products during transit, Modern Chandelier will reship the damaged part or lost product to you. However, in case of loss of products delivered to you at your doorstep, the responsibility lies with the courier company, and no claim can be made to us.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
