Fit to your ceiling

On every adjustable model we set the suspension before the fixture leaves us, so your electrician mounts it rather than modifying it.

  • Drop length cut to your ceiling height
  • Ring or tier spacing on multi-ring fixtures
  • Cable length for sloped and vaulted ceilings

Finish and colour

Where the manufacturing process allows it, the metalwork finish can be changed from the catalogue option.

  • Neutral tones, metallics, and deeper colours
  • Mixed finishes across tiers on larger fixtures

Feasibility depends on the model. Send the product and the finish you want, and we confirm before quoting.

Beyond the listed sizes, dimensions and light counts can be altered on many designs.

Custom and personalized items sit outside the standard 20-day return window, which is why the specification is confirmed in writing before anything is made. Standard catalogue fixtures with a custom drop length are not affected — they return under the normal policy.

    Within two business days: whether the change can be made on that design, what it costs, and how long production takes.

    You approve the specification

    Dimensions, finish and drop length confirmed in writing. Nothing is made until this is signed off.

    Production and insured delivery

    The fixture is built to the approved specification, checked, and shipped insured with every component packed separately.

Does customization cost extra?
Setting the drop length and ring spacing to your ceiling is included at no cost on every adjustable fixture. Finish changes and dimension changes are quoted per project, because the cost depends on the design and the quantity.

How long does a custom order take?
You get feasibility, price and a production window within two business days of asking. A custom drop length adds nothing to the standard timeline. Finish and dimension changes add production time, which the quote states before you commit.

Can any fixture be customized?
Drop length is adjustable on most suspended fixtures — the product page says so directly in the overview badges. Finish and dimension changes depend on the design and the manufacturing process, which is why we confirm feasibility before quoting rather than promising in advance.

What do you need from me?
Ceiling height, room dimensions, the fixture you are looking at, and what you want changed. A photo of the space or a floor plan makes the answer more useful.

Can custom orders be returned?
Custom and personalized items are excluded from the standard 20-day return window, which is why the specification is approved in writing before production starts. A catalogue fixture with a custom drop length is not a custom item and returns under the normal policy.

Do you work with designers and contractors?
Yes, and custom work is part of the trade program. Trade accounts get tiered pricing, priority processing and a single account contact across projects.
