Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician recommended. Mount the canopy to a junction box rated for the fixture weight; the longer linear sizes from L63" (160cm) up need a level canopy and two people to hold the branch during wiring.

Wire adjustment: The 59" (150cm) wires adjust at the canopy and can be shortened on site. Set all wires to matching lengths before attaching the glass flowers. Request longer wires before ordering for ceilings over 12 ft (3.7m).

Lighting: Dimmable G9 LED bulbs included. Use an LED-rated dimmer switch; replacement bulbs should match the wattage on the fixture label.

Cleaning: Power off at the breaker. Dust the glass flowers and copper branches with a dry microfiber cloth or soft brush; for smudges on glass, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners on copper finishes.

Checkups: Re-check the canopy fixing, wire locks, and glass flower seating one week after installation, then annually.

Glitz comes in two layouts: linear for long tables and islands, round for square rooms, round tables, and foyers. Pick the layout by the shape of the surface beneath it, then match the size to its length or the room width, and finish with a body color and glass option.

By placement:

• Rectangular dining table (Linear): The L39.4" (100cm) suits tables 60"-66" (152-168cm) long; the L47.2" (120cm) and L55.1" (140cm) cover 72"-84" (183-213cm) seating 6-8; the L63" (160cm) and L70.9" (180cm) span 96"-108" (244-274cm) seating 10; the L78.7" (200cm) and L86.6" (220cm) suit banquet tables 120"+ (305cm+).
• Kitchen island (Linear): The L47.2" (120cm) for islands 72"-84" (183-213cm); the L55.1" (140cm) or L63" (160cm) for 84"-108" (213-274cm); the L70.9" (180cm) and above for oversized islands 120"+ (305cm+), keeping 12"-18" (30-46cm) of counter clear at each end.

• Low ceilings (8 ft / 2.4m): Choose a Round D23.6" (60cm) or D31.5" (80cm) at 15.7" (40cm) tall, or any Linear size, and shorten the wire to 8"-12" (20-30cm).

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Dining table: Set the lowest flower 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot of ceiling height.
• Kitchen island: Position 32-38" (81-97cm) above the countertop so the branches stay clear of sightlines while seated or standing.
• Living room / foyer: Keep the lowest point at least 7 ft (2.13m) above walking areas unless it hangs directly over a table.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: Round models are 15.7" (40cm) or 19.7" (50cm) tall; add your chosen wire length. On an 8 ft (2.4m) ceiling over a table, keep the wire under 12" (30cm).
• Proportion check: Aim for a linear fixture at about two-thirds of the table or island length; for round, about two-thirds of the table diameter.
