• Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician recommended. Mount the Ø8.7" (22cm) canopy to a junction box rated for the fixture weight; for the two- and three-ring sets, fix each Ø1" (2.5cm) satellite anchor into ceiling framing or a rated anchor, since the outer rings load those points. Two people are needed to hold and level the rings during wiring.
• Cord adjustment: Cords adjust at the canopy and anchors and can be shortened on site. Set all cords on one ring to equal lengths so the ring hangs level, then set the stagger between rings.
• Lighting: Integrated LED lenses and diffuser; no bulbs to replace. Standard model uses an on/off switch; dimmable version available upon request with an LED-rated dimmer.
• Cleaning: Power off at the breaker. Dust the perforated aluminum with a soft brush or dry microfiber cloth; wipe the gold connectors with a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners, and do not push cloth fibers into the perforations.
• Checkups: Re-check the canopy fixing, each satellite anchor, and cord locks one week after installation, then annually.

Rovian scales by ring count and spread rather than by a single diameter, so measure the space each ring will occupy, not just the largest one. The single rings suit tables and standard rooms; the two- and three-ring sets need the width and height of a larger room or foyer.

Configuration guide (how many rings do you need):

• One Ring Ø23.6" (60cm): Round tables 36"-42" (91-107cm), bedrooms, and entryways up to about 120 sq ft (11 m²); the simplest, lowest-profile option.
• One Ring Ø31.4" (80cm): Round tables 48"-54" (122-137cm), dining rooms and living rooms of 120-215 sq ft (11-20 m²).
• Two Rings Ø23.6" + Ø31.4" (60 + 80cm): Living rooms and open-plan spaces of 215-270 sq ft (20-25 m²) with 9-10 ft (2.7-3m) ceilings; the rings offset horizontally, so allow a total spread of about 55" (140cm).
• Three Rings Ø19.6" + Ø23.6" + Ø31.4" (50 + 60 + 80cm): Foyers, stairwells, and high-ceiling living rooms of 270 sq ft (25 m²) and up with 10 ft+ (3m+) ceilings; allow a total spread of about 70" (178cm) and a vertical stagger of 24"-36" (61-91cm).

Light color guide:

• The rings ship with a fixed color temperature; confirm Warm White or Cool White at order. Warm White suits living rooms, bedrooms, and dining; Cool White suits modern kitchens and offices.
• Dimming: Order the dimmable version if the fixture will be the main light in a living room, bedroom, or dining room, and pair it with an LED-rated dimmer.
• Matching: Keep the rings at the same color temperature as nearby recessed lights, since the perforated glow is visible from every angle.

By placement:

• Round dining table: A single ring at about two-thirds of the table diameter, centered on the table's midpoint.
• Living room: The Two Rings over a coffee table or sofa grouping; the Three Rings in large or double-height living rooms where the stagger reads from above and below.
• Bedroom: The One Ring Ø23.6" (60cm) or Ø31.4" (80cm) centered on the room; shorten the cords so the ring stays 7 ft (2.13m) above the floor.
• Foyer / entryway: The One Ring Ø31.4" (80cm) in single-story entries; the Three Rings in two-story foyers with 16 ft+ (4.9m+) ceilings, hung at the full 47" (120cm) cord length.
• High ceilings / stairwell: The Three Rings, staggered vertically so each ring sits at a different level in the well.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Round dining table: Set the ring 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot of ceiling height.
• Living room / bedroom: Keep the lowest ring at least 7 ft (2.13m) above walking areas unless it hangs directly over a table.
• Foyer / stairwell: Maintain 7 ft (2.13m) of floor clearance and 6" (15cm) or more between any ring and a stair rail; in two-story spaces, center the middle ring on the second-floor line.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: The 47" (120cm) is cord length, not total fixture height; each ring is only 1.8" (4.5cm) tall, so on an 8 ft (2.4m) ceiling a single ring with a 10" (25cm) cord sits about 82" (208cm) above the floor.
• Satellite anchors: The two- and three-ring sets hang from the main canopy plus small Ø1" (2.5cm) ceiling anchors for the outer rings; mark every anchor point on the ceiling before drilling, using the spread figures above.
• Ring overlap: Set the rings so they overlap in plan by 4"-8" (10-20cm) and stagger in height by 8"-12" (20-30cm) per ring; rings at one level read as a flat cluster.
• Proportion check: For a single ring over a table, keep the diameter at about two-thirds of the table width; for multi-ring sets in a living room, keep the total spread under half the room's shorter dimension.
• Perforation glow: The rings light sideways through the perforations as well as down; against a dark ceiling the pattern is subtle, against a white ceiling it reads as a halo.
