• Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician recommended. Mount the 3.9" (10cm) canopy to a junction box rated for the fixture weight; two people are needed to hold the branches during wiring, especially on the L66.9" (170cm).
• Downrod adjustment: Combine the downrod sections to set the drop before final mounting; longer suspension is available at order.
• Lighting: G4 LED bulbs, 12 to 24 by size; replace with LED G4 of the same wattage and color temperature. Dimmable version available upon request.
• Cleaning: Power off at the breaker. Wipe the glass globes with a dry microfiber cloth; for smudges, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Wipe the frame with a soft dry cloth; avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners.
• Checkups: Re-check the canopy fixing, downrod joints, and globe seating one week after installation, then annually.

Carol comes in three spans that grow in light count, so match the span to the table or room below, then set the drop with the downrod sections and choose the finish and light color. The globes pivot on their branches, so the silhouette can be tuned on site.

• L48.4" (123cm), 12 lights, 5,400-6,000 lumens: Dining tables 72"-84" (183-213cm), bedrooms, and living rooms of 108-215 sq ft (10-20 m²).
• L55.1" (140cm), 18 lights, 8,100-9,000 lumens: Dining tables 84"-96" (213-244cm) and living rooms of 215-323 sq ft (20-30 m²).
• L66.9" (170cm), 24 lights, 10,800-12,000 lumens: Dining tables 96"-108" (244-274cm), large living rooms, and open-plan spaces of 215-323 sq ft (20-30 m²) that need a fuller, brighter spread.

Finish guide (gold or black):

• Gold: Warms the white globes and suits cream, wood, and marble interiors with brass hardware.
• Black: Frames the globes as a graphic silhouette; suits modern, industrial, and monochrome rooms.

Light color guide (warm or cool white):

• Warm White (2700-3000K): A soft golden glow through the thick white glass; choose it for dining rooms, bedrooms, and living rooms, especially with the gold frame.
• Cool White (5000-6000K): A crisp, bright tone that keeps the globes pure white; choose it for modern white or grey interiors and the black frame.
• Bulb choice: G4 LED, 5W each; keep the same wattage and color temperature in every globe. With the dimmable version, use dimmable G4 LEDs and an LED-rated dimmer.

By placement:

• Dining room: Center the fixture over the table's midpoint, with the long span running along the table.
• Living room: The L55.1" (140cm) or L66.9" (170cm) over a coffee table or seating group.
• Bedroom: The L48.4" (123cm) centered on the room or over the foot of the bed.
• Open-plan spaces: The L66.9" (170cm) as a single statement piece over a long dining zone.
• Sloped ceiling: All sizes mount on angled ceilings; the downrod hangs vertically.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Dining table: Set the lowest globe 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot of ceiling height.
• Living room / bedroom: Keep the lowest globe at least 7 ft (2.13m) above walking areas unless it hangs directly over a table.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: The downrod comes in 11.8" (30cm) and 7.9" (20cm) sections that combine for up to 19.7" (50cm) of drop; use one section, both, or neither to suit the ceiling, and request a longer suspension at order for high ceilings.
• Globe orientation: Angle the globes in varied directions so the light spreads evenly; globes all facing one way leave dark areas.
• Proportion check: Aim for a span of about two-thirds of the table length and at least 6" (15cm) narrower than the table on each end.
• Canopy position: Confirm the junction box sits over the table's midpoint; the branch shape makes an off-center fixture obvious.
• Bulb heat: Use LED G4 only; halogen bulbs run too hot inside thick glass globes.
