• H31.5" (80cm), 2,000-2,200 lumens: Double doors, garage side walls, and patio walls; reads in proportion on a full-height wall.

Style guide (A, B, C):

• Style A: Rounded-end bar with a full-length white diffuser edge; the softest, most residential look.

• Style C: Square-end bar with a thin white frame around the black body; the most architectural, sharpest-edged option.
• Choose one style per property; mixing styles on the same wall reads as an error.

Light color guide (which color temperature to choose):

• Warm White (3000K): The default for homes; flatters brick, stucco, wood, and stone and matches most porch and landscape lighting. Choose it for front entries, patios, and balconies.
• Neutral White (4000K): Clean, balanced light for driveways, side yards, and grey or white modern facades; a good middle ground when the facade mixes materials.
• Cool White (6000K): Brightest perceived light for security-first placements such as garage aprons, rear walls, and commercial entrances; reads harsh on warm-toned materials.
• Matching: Keep all exterior fixtures at one color temperature; a warm porch bar beside a cool garage bar is the most visible outdoor lighting mistake.

By placement:

• Front entryway: A pair of H23.6" (60cm) or H31.5" (80cm) flanking the door; the sensor on either fixture switches its own bar on as someone approaches.
• Garage: One H39.4" (100cm) or H47.2" (120cm) per bay, or a pair on either side of the door; the 10-16 ft (3-5m) range picks up a car pulling in.
• Balcony: One H23.6" (60cm) or H31.5" (80cm) beside the balcony door; the sensor keeps it off until you step out.
• Garden / pathway wall: H11.8" (30cm) or H23.6" (60cm) units spaced 10-12 ft (3-3.7m) apart so each sensor zone overlaps the next.
• Side yard / rear wall: H31.5" (80cm) or H39.4" (100cm) at corners and every 12-15 ft (3.7-4.6m) along the wall for security coverage.

Mounting height rules (practical)

• Beside a door: Center the fixture 60"-72" (152-183cm) above the porch surface; on the H47.2" (120cm) and H59.1" (150cm), align the bar's top with the door head.
• Garage / driveway: Center the fixture 72"-84" (183-213cm) above the driveway so the sensor sees over a parked car.
• Pathway / garden wall: Center the H11.8" (30cm) at 36"-48" (91-122cm); center the H23.6" (60cm) at 48"-60" (122-152cm).
• Sensor height: The sensor lens sits at the bar's midpoint and detects best at 40"-72" (102-183cm) above ground; mount taller bars so the midpoint lands in that band.
• Clearance: Keep 6" (15cm) or more between the bar and door trim, downpipes, or shutters.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Sensor direction: The 120° zone fans out perpendicular to the wall; mount the fixture facing the approach path, not sideways along it, so people walk into the zone rather than along its edge.
• False triggers: Keep the sensor away from swaying shrubs, HVAC exhaust, and roads within 16 ft (5m); heat and movement trip the sensor.
• Daylight cut-off: The fixture stays off in daylight by design; under a deep porch roof it may switch on in heavy shade. Mount it where it sees the sky if that matters.
• Coverage: Space fixtures at about two times the mounting height for an even wall wash; for sensor coverage along a path, overlap zones by 3 ft (0.9m).
• Wall box: The 1.8" (4.5cm) depth means the fixture sits almost flush; the mounting bracket screws to the wall and the bar clips over it, so mark the bracket at the bar's center.
• Surface: On lap siding or rough stone, use a mounting block so the bar sits flat and the diffuser edge stays even.
