• Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician recommended. Mount the canopy to a junction box rated for the fixture weight; the 20 and 25-light versions need a support bracket into ceiling framing and lift access. Two people are needed for clusters of 15 lights and up.
• Wire adjustment: Each wire adjusts at the canopy and can be shortened on site. Set and lock every wire before energizing.
• Lighting: 7W LED bulbs included, one per sphere; replace with LEDs of the same base, wattage, and color temperature. Dim from the remote; do not add a wall dimmer.

Lisa scales by sphere count, canopy diameter, and drop length, so ceiling height sets the drop, opening width sets the canopy, and room area sets the number of spheres. Each sphere throws a focused beam down through its lens, so plan coverage by pools of light. Dimming is built in with the remote, so brightness is not a purchase decision.

Light color guide:

• Confirm the color temperature at order. Warm White suits residential foyers and living rooms and warms the gold spheres; Cool White keeps the black spheres crisp and suits modern lobbies and monochrome interiors.
• Dimming: Every size dims from the included remote; use a standard on/off wall switch, not a dimmer.
• Matching: Keep the spheres at the same color temperature as sconces and recessed lights visible from the staircase.

By placement:

• Two-story entryway / foyer: 18 to 25 Lights centered in the opening so the spiral reads from the door and the landing.
• Staircase / stairwell: 12 to 20 Lights centered in the open well, spheres staggered in a spiral that follows the stair's rise.
• Double-height living room: 9 to 15 Lights over a seating group in rooms with 14 ft+ (4.3m+) ceilings, as in the product photo.
• Single-story entryway: 9 Lights with the wires shortened for 10-14 ft (3-4.3m) ceilings.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Foyer: Maintain 7 ft (2.13m) of floor clearance; in two-story spaces, spread the spheres so the cascade's center sits level with the second-floor line.
• Stairwell: Keep the lowest sphere at least 7 ft (2.13m) above the treads it hangs over and 6" (15cm) clear of the rail.
• Dining table: Set the lowest sphere 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with a 10 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot.
• Living room: Keep the lowest sphere 7 ft (2.13m) above walking areas unless it hangs over a table.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: The listed height is the maximum with wires fully extended; every wire shortens on site, and longer wires are available at order for taller ceilings.
• Color distribution: Alternate black and gold spheres through the spiral rather than grouping them; grouped colors read as two separate fixtures.
• Beam direction: Each sphere lights straight down through its lens; over a table or stair, keep the spheres within the footprint so the pools of light land where they are needed.
• Proportion check: Keep the canopy diameter under one-third of the foyer or stairwell opening width.
• Air movement: Small spheres on fine wires sway near HVAC vents or open doors; keep the canopy 3 ft (0.9m) or more from vents.
