• Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician recommended. Mount the canopy to a junction box rated for the fixture weight; the 10 and 15 Lights need lift access in stairwells and two people to set the wires.
• Wire adjustment: Each wire adjusts at the canopy and can be shortened on site; custom lengths are set at order.
• Lighting: G9 LED bulbs, 5W each, with 3-color adjustment; replace with G9 LEDs of the same wattage. Remote dimming available as an option.

Light color guide (warm, neutral, or cool):

• Warm (about 3000K): A soft golden glow through the feathers that makes each bloom read like candlelight; choose it for dining rooms, living rooms, and evening foyers.
• Neutral (about 4000K): Balanced light for stairwells used through the day; keeps the white feathers true.
• Cool (about 6000K): Crisp, bright light for modern interiors and stairwells where visibility matters most.

By placement:

• Staircase / stairwell: The 5, 10, or 15 Lights centered in the open well, pendants staggered in a spiral that follows the stair.
• Duplex / two-story foyer: The 10 or 15 Lights centered in the opening so the blooms read from the entry and the landing.
• Dining room: The 3 Lights over a table, with the pendants at a shallow stagger.
• High-ceiling living room: The 10 or 15 Lights as a soft cascading centerpiece.
• Restaurant: Several 3 Lights over tables or booths.
• Sloped ceiling: All sizes mount on angled ceilings; the wires hang vertically.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Stairwell: Keep the lowest bloom at least 7 ft (2.13m) above the treads it hangs over and 6" (15cm) clear of the rail.
• Foyer: Maintain 7 ft (2.13m) of floor clearance; spread the pendants so the cascade's center sits near the second-floor line.
• Dining table: Set the lowest bloom 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: Each wire shortens on site; custom longer wires are available for three-story stairwells.
• Spacing: Each bloom is 13.8" (35cm) wide; stagger the heights so neighboring feathers do not crush against each other.
• Humidity: Feathers flatten in moisture; avoid bathrooms and areas near the kitchen stove.
• Fluffing: Fluff the feathers by hand or with a hairdryer on cool after unpacking.
• Air movement: Feathers move in drafts; a gentle sway suits the design, but keep the canopy 3 ft (0.9m) from HVAC vents.
