• Installation: Hardwired. Licensed electrician required. Mount the canopy to a metal junction box or support bracket rated for the fixture weight, fixed into ceiling framing; the suspension must hang plumb for the tiers to sit level. Scaffold or lift access and two people are needed for all sizes.
• Suspension adjustment: Contact us before ordering for custom lengths if your ceiling requires a different drop; set the final length before hanging the crystal prisms.
• Lighting: E14 LED bulbs, 18 to 50 by size; replace with E14 LEDs of the same wattage and color temperature. Dimmable version available upon request.
• Cleaning: Power off at the breaker. Dust the prisms with a dry microfiber cloth, working top to bottom; for smudges, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Wipe the gold frame with a soft dry cloth; avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners on electroplated finishes. Clean tall installations from a lift or landing.
• Checkups: Re-check the canopy fixing and prism hooks one week after installation, then annually.

Crystal color guide (amber or smoke grey):

• Amber: Warm cognac tone that glows like candlelight against the gold frame; suits cream, wood, and classic interiors.

Light color guide (which bulbs to use):

• Warm White (2700-3000K): Deepens amber crystal and warms smoke grey; the match for homes and the gold frame.
• Natural White (4000K): Keeps smoke grey crystal neutral and suits modern white or grey foyers and hotel lobbies.
• Bulb choice: E14 LED, 4-6W, clear glass in candle or torpedo shape; keep the same wattage and color temperature on every tier.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Foyer / stairwell: Keep the lowest crystal at least 7 ft (2.13m) above the floor and 6" (15cm) or more clear of any stair rail; in two-story spaces, position the tower's middle tier level with the second-floor line.
• Dining table: Set the lowest crystal 30-36" (76-91cm) above the tabletop with a 10 ft ceiling; add 3" (7.6cm) per additional foot.
• Living room: Keep the lowest crystal 7 ft (2.13m) above walking areas unless it hangs directly over a table.

Placement tips that prevent common mistakes

• Drop calculation: Ceiling height minus fixture height must leave 7 ft (2.13m); a 16 ft (4.9m) ceiling takes the H98.4" (250cm) with about 94" (239cm) to spare, but not the H118.1" (300cm) over open floor.
• Width check: The top tier is the widest point; keep it under one-third of the foyer or stairwell opening and 12" (30cm) clear of walls and rails.
• Weight check: Layered crystal is heavy; confirm the junction box and ceiling framing are rated for the fixture weight, and use a support bracket into a joist for the three larger sizes.
• Crystal seating: Prisms ship separately or loosely hooked; seat every prism on its tier before switching on, since an empty hook shows as a dark gap.
• Daylight: Position the tower where windows reach it; the prisms refract daylight and the fixture reads as a sculpture even when off.
